[MEG-PR] 2 Licenses announced!

MEG Hal

First Post
Official PR will be out today but Mongoose talked briefly about license #2 at their ENWorld chat last night.

So we will now be official for Malhavoc's Arcana Unearthed and Mongoose's Armageddon 2089. We are already official with Dragonstar by FFG so we are looking good, we also have our first OGL product heading out around holiday 2003. We are gearing up for 2003 to be a great year and are so declaring 2003----"The Year of the Eye" :D

Do not fret all of our settings will get special treatment as well.

Looks like the eye will be so busy it won't have time to wink at us!

Ahhhh my friend, the eye always has time to blink. How else do you think we charm people into letting us clowns work on their fine products.

MYSTIC EYE GAMES PARTNERS UP WITH FUTURISTIC FLAIR WITH MONGOOSE PUBLISHING ON
ARMAGEDDON 2089

Mek Role Playing Game Gets A Boost From The Eye

January 15, 2003 (Austin, TX.)—Mystic Eye Games follows up the agreement with Malhavoc Press on their A cana Unearthed license with another mega-license. Mongoose Publishing is partnering up with Mystic Eye Games to produce official adventures and sourcebooks for their upcoming Armageddon 2089 d20 Role Playing Game.

Armageddon 2089 – Total War is a brand new d20-based roleplaying game depicting the war that will truly end all wars. After years of economic disputes the United States of America has finally succumbed to war with the European Federation in a cataclysmic confrontation that threatens to envelope the entire world. In the front line of combat are mercenary, military and corporate units piloting the devastating Warmeks, armored fighting machines with enough firepower to level an entire city. Armageddon 2089 – Total War takes conflict to a new level of hard science and real world physics, featuring the most detailed combat system yet devised under the d20 Trademark, and a world setting guaranteed to keep players on the edge of their seats.

Mystic Eye Games plans to start with a supplement geared towards players with new meks, items and information to aid in the battle against other countries and corporations. MEG plans on following up this up with at least one more book for Armageddon 2089 before the end of 2003.

“We at Mystic Eye Games have been fast friends with the gang over at Mongoose Publishing and have always wanted to do some work with them. We have batted around various projects in the past but none had come to fruition , now we have the right project to move forward on. Armageddon 2089 will be a great project and an enjoyable departure from the standard fantasy fair that we normally produce. We are enjoying the opportunity to help support efforts like Armageddon 2089 and others by producing additional product, thus, giving players and GMs plenty of material to draw from.” stated Doug Herring, president of Mystic Eye Games

“Mystic Eye Games are the perfect partner for the Armageddon 2089 roleplaying game, as they have consistently demonstrated both a deep understanding of the d20 System and a commitment to high quality publications. Armageddon 2089 is set to be one of the best looking roleplaying games on the market, and Mystic Eye Games are a natural choice to support the range of scenarios, supplements and campaigns,” said Matthew Sprange, director of Mongoose Publishing.

Mystic Eye Games is a premiere d20 publisher of such fan-favorite, award-nominated settings as The Hunt: Rise of Evil and Bluffside: City on the Edge. In addition, Mystic Eye Games has produced other popular d20 lines such as Foul Locales (Urban Blight, Beyond the Walls), Arcane Mysteries (Blight Magic, Wild Spellcraft, Necromancer’s Legacy), licensed Dragonstar adventures (Raw Recruits, Heart of the Machine), and the non-d20 smash hit product Giant Monster Rampage.
