Mega Sale - False Advertising?

While I admit to not purchasing many PDF's, I couldn't resist purchasing a few of the gems ENWorld Publishing has had.

The way the advertisement on the front page reads, there are over 20 products on sale for $1. As far as I can tell, there are only 17.

Not that 17 isn't good, I just don't want to miss out on some others because I am blind.

Just curious,

That was my mistake!

Librum Equitus Compiled, I realised, was LE1 and LE2, both on sale at $1. It didn't make sense to have both together for $1 too.

Kid's Colouring Book is (partly) a charity fundraiser, so that got taken off the sale too. Didn't seem fair to the charity!

Actually, that still only makes 19! Perhaps I should amend it to say "Nearly 20 products!". Sorry 'bout that - I can't count!

Actually, yeah, the Colouring Book got pulled up since the donation to the local library is $1 from each sale, and at $1 list price we only get $0.80 on each sale. And that leaves no money for the girls' pony fund.

Morrus,

I'm really excited about the sale, there are some that I've been on the fence about getting for a while. How long will it last? Can I wait until Sunday night to get them or do I need to order tonight?

Hey, why isn't taverner's trusty tome in the sale too? I'd pick it up then. :D
'Cos it's a recent release. :)

The sale will run for two weeks, so don't worry!

Wow, what a sweet sale!

Unfortunately I think I already have the products that I want. I have copies of In the Saddle, Crimson Contracts, and The Elements of Magic, and I bought a print copy of Necromancer's Legacy aka the Librum.

These are all great products, I must say. Highly recommended. Although I haven't found the time to finish reading Crimson Contracts. :(

edit: Ok, hm, for $1, Everyone Else seems like it could be awfully handy. I presume, though, that books not marked revised are for 3.0, right?

Or: "Over 18 great items!"

I just love it when ads say "buy X for less than a dollar each!" when the price is 99 cents.

I think revised merely means there was a revision since the original release(relatively easy to do for pdfs to incorporate customer identified errata of whatever), not necessarily an indication of 3.5 updating.

I'd look for the date of release for whether they are 3.0 or 3.5 compatible.

Hey, yeah, that makes sense. I think I need a cup of coffee...
