Not really. This only makes four-level fighter dips more attractive, since the prerequisites are Specialization and BAB +8. It's so vastly superior to Greater Weapon Focus that it removes the only benefit of being a single-classed 8th-level fighter. It's also a must-have for every 12th-level favored soul, which is odd, considering that it gives them bonuses on weapons with which they aren't even proficient. This is an amazingly powerful feat as written: even if it applied to only one melee weapon, it would be as good as three feats put together, and it applies to fully a third of the melee weapons in the game. It's a no-brainer. I strongly suspect that there's an erratum on its way, because otherwise, this is hideously overpowered. It doesn't even help the ftr 8 as much as it helps the rgr 2/ftr 6, the bbn 2/ftr 6 and the rog 3/ftr 4. Proposed fix: Change the prerequisites to: Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization, Greater Weapon Focus, fighter level 10. Add the following paragraph to the benefit section: "You only receive these bonuses when wielding a manufactured weapon with which you are proficient. The benefits of this feat do not stack with those from Weapon Focus or Weapon Specialization. They do stack with all other bonuses, including those from Greater Weapon Focus and Greater Weapon Specialization." This still gives the fighter a greater bonus on attack rolls with his primary weapon, while not making GWF obsolete.
