[QUOTE="Questions, post: 348341, member: 6914"] Hey... First off, shouldn’t that "Hunter" class have the wilderness lore skill since it the description it tells that some hunters learn their skills from hunting animals in the wild... Also it is the main feat associated with tracking, a feat I would think would be rather common among a class named "hunter." Also two of the races seem a bit off... one, the makal (or something like that, race of short hunter lizards) seems a bit to powerful considering that it does not lose any levels due to class... It gives free tracking feat (With +4 to wilderness lore checks when tracking), benefits for being small, bonuses to fort saves against problems with hot arid environments, and due to the fact that the races eyes are on the side of its head they can not be flanked, and the usual stuff for being small. The only minuses are to range weapons when used at distances more then 30 feet due to bad depth perception and the usual stuff for being small... Meanwhile the race right after them (cant remember the name, it is the one with bone spurs that pop out at will...) must lose one level to race... but all they get is low light vision, and they can pop out bone spurs which make their damage with fists piercing and lethal, as well as the ability to coupe de grace with a normal attack when using bone spurs.... Maybe I am missing something, but aren’t the makal much more powerful in comparison? And they DONT lose a race? I mean, the bone spurs make a really poor weapon damage wise, and anyone can take the feat from the sword and fist that gives them the same ability in relation to coupe de grace... Seems sort of weak to lose a level for that... Are these mistakes in the books? Or are they supposed to be this way? I plan to add wilderness lore to the hunters proficiency list anyway… but was not sure if I should change the races at all… Also, one last thing… In the description for the makal it states that they have three razor sharp claws on each foot… but it does not list any attacks for these… Also the rat race from the book has a picture of the rat race using a dagger with its tail, but it makes no mention of the ability to use their tail as an extra appendage in the book either… Should I simply add a rule stating that the rat’s may use their tails to hold small items and weapons, but nothing larger then tiny?
