Its still probably not a GREAT power, but the damage is good for an Encounter power, so it has something going for it.</p><p></p><p>68- The only rules for feinting are from Skill Use in Combat, and those always take a Standard action. If you want to do this more often its more of a narrative thing than anything else. There are plenty of Encounter and even At Will powers which can be explained to function as a result of feinting.
