Pathfinder 1E Metamagic and Wands?

Can you apply metamagic feats to spells cast through wands? For example, I'm building a miniboss who has a Wand of Inflict Critical Wounds who also has Reach Spell as a feat. Can they use the feat along with cast with the wand at the same time?

In general, no.

In theory, you can create a wand of a spell with metamagic applied (that is, a wand of inflict critical wounds (Reach)), although the costs of such a wand would be determined by the increased level of the spell with the metamagic feat applied, and that wands have a maximum level of spell they can accept.

Alternately, there is probably a feat or prestige class which allows for this particular use. I know that in 3e, Eberron Artificers had (or could get) such an ability, but I'm not sure whether Pathfinder has an equivalent.
