Message: <blockquote data-quote="Lord Sessadore" data-source="post: 4276692" data-attributes="member: 57255">Not quite.  If you are level 1-10, you can use one item daily power over the course of the day, until you hit a milestone.  Level 11-20 this becomes two uses, and 21-30 it becomes three uses.  So, if you are level 8 and have 5 magic items each with a daily power, then you can use one of those powers today.  If you hit a milestone, you get to use another one that you haven't used already.  If you are level 25 with 3 items with one daily power each and one item with 2 different daily powers, you can use any combination of 3 of those powers in a day, except that you can only use one of the powers from the item that has 2.  After you hit a milestone, you can use one more of your item's daily powers, as long as you haven't used that power already.Edit: to be clear, the item's limit of using the power once per day and the character's limit of using x magic item daily powers each day are entirely separate.  Nothing can let you use an item's daily power more than once per day, unless it specifically says so (ie a power that says "effect: you regain the use of any one item daily power you've expended today" or something like that).  At the same time, a character can only use a certain number of item daily powers in total over the course of the day, with milestones increasing this number.</blockquote>
