Midnight changes from 1e to 2e?

I see that the pdf for the Midnight 1e campaign setting (which was 3.0) is now on sale for $5 and I'm thinking of getting it. Anybody able to say what the mechanical changes from 3.0 in 1e to 3.5 in 2e were for Midnight? Any changes in classes, magic, the hero system (other than adding in the extra player's splat book worth of stuff that 2e incorporated)? Thanks.

Offhand, the main thing I remember is that they incorporated the PLayers Guide ("Against the Shadow") into the main rulebook.

That means there's new Heroic Paths, new rules for Herbs/Herbalism, etc.
There's a revised version of the compiled spell list.

Oh, and the Templar is now an NPC class, IIRC. :p

For $5?
I'd say it's worth getting the PDF, as ALOT remains the same.
 



It's not templar, it's legate.

Midnight Revised has extra "aspects" of Izrador. They have different domains to choose from, so there are inquisitor legates, warrior legates and so on.
