I like it. There are only a few things I would change:

Prerequisites:
Skills: Knowlege (Arcana) 5 ranks
Feats: Magecraft, Spellcasting (Any School)
The ability to cast any two 3rd level spells.
Dragonblooded Heroic Path

You'll notice they are a little easier on the character than your originals. I did this because of the the side effect of changing your appearance. Anything that does that is a major factor in Midnight. You stand out, you die. Add to that the fact that magical disguises add a whole new set of problems, and you see what I mean.

Oh yes, that's why I specificly put those notes in!

The "disguise" issue is particularly mean to balance the fact that the breath weapon does area direct damage, which should be rare in Midnight.

I like your pre-requisites.
