This might be of interest to some. It definitely is to me, as a fan of the Dead Gentlemen's films. A Kickstarter launched, on Tuesday, for an updated version of the "Demon Hunters" game that's based on their first couple of indie films. In fact they've had a bit of a push on lately involving a web comic, short stories set in the Demon Hunters world, and there seem to be hints of a relaunch of the original series. The game is based on a modified Fate core.

Less than $5K to go on this one and they'll be releasing a short video, based on the Demon Hunters and Syphilitic Ninja Vampires worlds, later this week. Must be nice to have friends you can call up, on a few hours' notice, and say, "Let's make a movie!" I have a heard enough time just getting the gaming group together.

Well they've made their Kickstarter goal and are now working on stretch goals, with a little more than 2 days left in the campaign. They are a little less than $500.00 away from their first stretch goal which is an extra 30 pages of magic, mad science, and player options. They also added a new supporter level at $777.00 that gets you 5 of everything you need to play (in other words a whole group's worth of books and dice).

On the other end of the spectrum you could kick in just $1.00 and have yourself immortalized in what sounds like a fun game, as a killed in action Demon Hunter
