Is it possible to have a Mighty Magical Bow?

And does the mighty damage bonus stack with the enchantment damage bonus?

yes and the damage would stack, of course the bow must also be MW.

yes, but they don't have prices for magic non-MW mighty bows

[edit: the magic weapons table [ranged] has the prices for MW Mighty bows}

Not surprising, as a prerequisite for enchanting a weapon is that it must
be masterwork.
