Mighty Spirit + Claws of the Eagle?

Mighty Spirit
Benefit: Any benefits granted to allies adjacent to your spirit companion apply to all allies within 2 squares of your spirit companion.

Claws of the Eagle
Effect: One ally adjacent to your spirit companion or within 3 squares of you can make a basic attack against the target. If the ally’s attack hits, the target grants combat advantage until the end of your next turn.

So, if a Shaman has Mighty Spirit feat and uses Claws of the Eagle power, what should be the effect of this power?

(1) All the allies within 2 squares of the shaman's spirit companion each make a basic attack against the target. Or, one ally within 3 squares of the shaman make

(2) All the allies within 2 squares of the shaman's spirit companion AND One ally within 3 squares of the shaman each make a basic attack against the target.

(3) Amongst all the allies within 2 squares of the shaman's spirit companion and another ally who is within 3 squares of the shaman, the shaman chooses one. Then that ally (only) makes a basic attack against the target.

My interpretation is (1). But I want to hear other DMs' opinions.

I believe they actually don't interact at all. Claws says "one ally", not "allies". Mighty Spirit is a range boost, it doesn't spread benefits to extra allies.

It does have an effect, but it is not one.

The benefit that the power gives to all your allies is that they can be chosen by you to make a basic attack. It does not allow you to choose additional allies, however.

So all allies get the benefit (elegibility) but only one actually can be chosen to make the attack.

Hmm. If singular and plural make difference in that way, does that mean,

Spirit Summons
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, you can use your call spirit companion power to conjure a second spirit companion. .... When an effect applies to creatures adjacent to your spirit companion, that effect applies to creatures adjacent to both spirit companions.

In this case, only the effects which apples to multiple creatures adjacent to the shaman's spirit companion are applied to creatures adjacent to both spirit companion?

I mean, when a shaman has 2 spirit companions in this way, and some power (say, Healing Spirit) gives some benefit (regains xd6 HPs) to one ally adjacent to a spirit companion, still only one ally gains that benefit?

Yeah. Neither of them will change a single-affecting power to a multiple-affecting power. It only affects which allies can be affected.
