D&D 5E Mike Mearls Lolth Patron for Warlock

Considering that I've never liked Lolth as a goddess--I much preferred it when she was simply a demon whom the drow worshiped--I'm all for this idea. In fact, I'd like to see warlocks of Lolth replace clerics of Lolth. (We can still call them priestesses, it doesn't need to change drow society; I just mean on a mechanical level.)

I know it won't happen, but a guy can dream.

I don't like her being queen of the dark fey or commanding the loyalty of all hags. However, that aside, I really like it. It is one of only three or four post 5e PHB classes/subclasses/class variants that I like. It might also be the first class/subclass that I know Mearls has created since coming to WOTC and impresses me (it is possible that he may have created some of the 4e and 5e classes that I like, but I don't know which he has created).
