I definitely do the "living world in my head" thing, but I've never gotten my ADHD nailed down enough to be so heavily organized as that. I'm just very comfortable with improv and remembering the right things at the right time, so I can reference/incorporate past deeds etc. into the world (since I do tend to run in one overall campaign setting). I tend to space out and curate when different things are happening in different games, so I give myself a lot of leeway that way. Plus I have players that play at multiple tables at the same time, and one or two tables play multiple times per week, so trying to track time super-accurately across games like that would be... not doable for me <img class="smilie smilie--emoji" alt="😬" src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f62c.png" title="Grimacing face    :grimacing:" data-shortname=":grimacing:" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" /> I do track time in each game ofc, I took that point to heart some time ago. Some of my players have fun trying to figure out exactly when each game is occurring relative to others, which can be fun, especially since different areas use different dating systems (Year 4 of Queen Rybald's reign, 12th year of the 6th Bard's Piece, etc).</blockquote>
