I'm not sure if this is intended, but it's the CB implementation. Interestingly, if this is correct, it means that for a character wielding 2 daggers you can print out a power like "Sly Flourish" which is either melee or ranged and it shows you getting the bonus for this in the "damage breakdown", but at the table you can use it at range and are probably getting +1 damage that you shouldn't get. Does this matter a lot???? Not really, but if you're going to do custom anything you have to have a framework that is consistent. You almost need a way to show two different stats for a power like that...one for melee and one for ranged since it has 2 uses.</p></blockquote><p></p>
