He is the man smart enough to make bizarre contraptions to help on Department 7 missions. He just wants to be liked, but doesn't know how. He's constantly trying to make conversation with fellow Department 7'ers about a random topic, like the monkeys he just saw on a TV documentary -- but nobody's ever interested. He likes to keep a low profile, and does not like to draw attention to how smart he is. Milo’s never considered himself to be the ‘secret agent’ type, and never wants to go on field missions, though he has been forced by circumstance to go out on rare occassion.
