Sadly the company that was running the Gamefest cons went under.
They took a double whammy their last year (hurricane on the east coast the weekend of one of their cons iirc). They were well ran and Milwaukee Gamefest was particularly nice because it was on the same location where GenCon used to be held. So it was kinda like going home.

I think they only held two Gamefests in Milwaukee before throwing in the towel.

Thanks, Jolly. I thought is was gone, but not sure. I hadn't even thought about it until a customer asked about it today.
