Message: <blockquote data-quote="Jubilee" data-source="post: 3763573" data-attributes="member: 36594"><p>I certainly have a weakness for a great many snacks and candies, and mindless eating is one of my bad habits - if it's there, I'll eat it.  Our groups have mostly had a "bring your own" kind of food philosophy, unless we're celebrating a birthday (cake and ice cream).  Occasionally, people bring things to share, but since I've gone back to weight watchers and dragged my husband with me, we've asked people to not bring things to share (or at least to share with us!) and our group is pretty kind about it.  Now it's down to my own self control and limiting the number of snacks we bring (because you can still overdo even on "healthy" snacks - and I'll pretty much eat it if it's there).  *sigh*</p></blockquote><p></p>
