I pick up the mini-modules from AEG ($3) and FFG ($4) from time to time. Rarely is it for the subject matter so much as the map. I am a rabid map collector! 
Here are my faves because of their maps, which are easily reused, and because each one had some cool "yoinkable" ideas that inspired me to create my own adventures.
COVENANT HILL (seaside garrison on a cliff)
THE FIFTH SEPULCHER (multi-level crypt map)
FOLNAR'S DAGGER (guardhouse and manor)
THE GAUNTLET (various shops--got this one more for the plot!)
HONOR AMONG THIEVES (sewers)
THE LAST DEFENDER (mountaain tower guarding a pass)
THE LOST MINE (multi-level mines with very deep shafts)
MURDER OF THE SEVEN POINTS (satanic murders arranged in a town over where the points of a pentagram drawn on the town map meet)
RAVEN MINE (mansion with tower)
