The left hand holds an icky looking staff of tentacles, while the right is either stroking or cleaning a facial tentacle. The model will likely be a one piece miniature like most of reaper’s man sized offering .  The only hiderances of this are 1. Taking the head off this mini to give a human head will be VERY difficult 2. You may want to buy this in store where you can make sure the staff is NOT bent. Reaper uses no foam in most minis so staves & swords tend to bend in mail order shipping .
