Craft (poison) combined with Heal, Knowledge (Nature), Wild Lore, and Profession (Herbalist) should yeild a person who is skilled in not only delivering poison to the enemy on his rapier, but one who can administer the correct poison to counteract any poison afflicting a party member. ie, use the poison as an antidote. Belladonna is the antidote for poisoning by any of the Amantia mushrooms, and Henbane, used in small quantities, cures earaches.Exactly how the synergy would work or what the skill check would be to identify the poison and come up with an antidote I don't know. But I'm sure mechanics could be worked out.</blockquote>
