mIRC trouble! [Morrus or someone?]

I just tried to log into the IRC channel #dnd3e and can't even get on the server. I'm just getting a 'Connection refused' message. I was just on last night and not a hint of trouble. What's going on?

Connection Refused usually means just 'wait a few minutes and try again. Probably means the server is crowded, or your connection isnt solid, nothing to worry about.
