Missing Mags and Second Chances

Dragon has been very unreliable recently. We did not get one issue a while back and I had to jump threw several hoops to get it sent to us. We never got issue #311, I have sent several emails to the company and have gotten no replies. And we have yet to recieve #313. I am getting very annoyed and considering not renewing (I mean why pay for something I am not actually recieving).

Just wondering if this is common with Dragon or if we are just a fluk? Should we give them a second (well actually third) chance to get our subscription right?

I just received my subscription copy of 313 yesterday, it was in the store on Monday. Lately the subscriptions have been running a bit behind the stores.
