Mister Hyde template?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a Mister Hyde type template to apply to a creature - does one exist?

If not, I'm happy to create one - something that increases physical stats (STR, DEX, CON) decreases mental stats (INT, WIS, CHA), changes subtype to Shapechanger, bestows Fast Healing and Damage Reduction.

I'm aiming more for a Van Helsing/League of Extraordinary Gentlemen type Mr Hyde, rather than the literary example...

I'm not aware of one off-hand, but you could do worse than start with the Werebear as a base...

The Feral template in Savage Species might help as well, but I can't recall the details.

Yeah, I'd go with Feral from Savage Species as well, though I'd change the claw attacks gained for slams. Makes more sense.

Other than that, you're pretty much golden. Strong, stupid, tough, fast healing, the works.

Alternate form into an feral ogre maybe?

Hyde in VH looked like how I imagine ogres, the damage he took and lived through to me was more Hit die and HP than DR.

Lycanthrope ape would be pretty close.
