They look too much like Goliaths.

I like the frosties, though, even if they remind me of Power Rangers villain Flurious:

For some reason I can describe in an objective way I don't like frosties art. As for Goliaths being similar to Stone Giants, well, they could be seen as offspawns, like half giants

The stone giant art really caught my eye as well. Can't wait to see it larger in the book. That said, I was hoping for even more giants than just these two varieties.

Would it be so crazy to hope for a Jotunomicon?

Love the Frost Giants- and generally I'm a REH or nothing kind of guy. Dig the stats as well as the Art.

The Stone Giants- not liking the art at all- way too "Golds Gym" for me.

Stone giants are nasty! DR5 until bloodied? And it doesn't use the same action as the mark, either! Threatening reach on the mark, too. And ugg, those defenses. I'm getting an aneurysm picturing the fight.

Nah. The Goliaths are stepping too much on the Stone Giants' toes (same rocky skin, same lithoderms, same style of dress...), and there's some thematic overlap between Stone Titans and Earth Titans. What's next, Mountain Titans (Mountitans)? I'd have differentiated them by merging Goliaths with Darfellans (the orca-people from Stormwrack) and giving them a more Polynesian feel (and have their skin patterns resemble Polynesian tattoos).

Read again. It's an immediate interrupt to gain DR 5, so they only get one per turn. If the PCs delay to attack together, only one of the attacks is stopped by the DR.
