Half of us will say yes, the other half will say no. Go get it.

Literally. Half of me says yes, the other half says no. I don't feel I can completely embrace it because I just started a new campaign so everything is too high-level for the party.

The templates are cool, so if you know someone who has purchased it, photocopy the templates for your own personal use and you will get the best part. Also photocopy the introductory 20 or so pages because they do explain about monster advancement better than MM1 does...other than that, a few monsters are okay, most I think stink and won't use them...

I didn't pick it up. Thought it was all right but not something I need.

Wasn't this the man who didn't even include the MM2 in his recent what-monster-book-are-you-going-to-buy-poll because he assumed everyone would be purchasing it?

(smack me if I'm wrong, my memory occasionally goes haywire...)

well i got it on the weekend, and i really like it... is everything crucial? nah... have i finished using things out of the first MM yet? of course not, but i like monster books... and it has some high powered crazies that can be dumped as long term behind the scen things for later.

plus the spellstiched undead template is frigin amazingly cool...

I don't believe that was Krug. As a matter of fact, unless I am mistaken and thinking of the wrong thread, I don't think he even posted to that thread at all.

and while you are at it, don't forget to wave bye-bye to your hobby as it disappears down the toilet because of the lack of support. remember folks, it isn't just some faceless corporation, when you do these things you are ripping off many fellow posters here at enworld who make their living from these works.
