"During the last two weeks, My Tea Productions has discovered that the Mayor Randolph Earhart of Salton City has been receiving threats from an unknown individual or group of individuals.  These individuals have launched several attacks on the Mayor's residence which prompted the Mayor's decision to cut ties with our production and seek outside help from the archon community." As she spoke the images that were shown on the projector were of the Mayor, his home as well as an image of a map showing that the Mayor's residence is a part of the city known as Desert Shores.  The projector then shows Captain Superior."Last night, our sources discovered that the archon who the Mayor contacted was non-other then Captain Superior...."The image changes to what appears to be a one old fashioned movie theater.  The image then shows various views and schematics as well as a hybrid satellite-map view of headquarters."Making matters worse, the Mayor and his people have taken over your future headquarters and are planning on transferring control of it to Captain Superior.  The Mayor's people also reprogrammed the building's security over ride protocols which prevents our staff from accessing the headquarters." "We have learned that the Mayor plans on naming Captain Superior Salton City's official archon protector today in a few hours in a ceremony that will take place on the steps of city hall.  This cannot happen. To complicate things, our contacts within city all have supplied us with a copy of the last threat the mayor received..."A silhouette of a man who is standing before a plain brick wall is shown on the screen. The man speaks, his voice is garbled and heavily modulated. "Mayor Earhart, this is your last warning. You have until noon to deliver the money and cancel your ceremony.  If you do not comply, there will be harsh consequences. Do not count on Captain Superior's ability to protect you for we have ways to neutralize him, and you will be dead long before he can attempt to save you."Emily ended her presentation."I have not received a message from my contact, which means that the Mayor's planned ceremony will take place at it's appointed time, in about two hours.
