As he on the sidewalk he can clearly see the SWAT truck round a corner and head down just ahead of him. It's obvious to him that anyone of his companions that are foolish enough to remain in the parking lot will have company within a minute's time.</p><p></p><p>From his position he is able to see that Salton City's city Hall does have a "rear" entrance located next to a patio area, and what appears to be a small cafeteria. Currently there are two men dressed in business suits lounging in the shade of an umbrella-ed patio table.</p></blockquote><p></p>
