He looks up towards the building and notices a faint shadow on the top of the stairwell tower: a rifle barrel.Heritage Plaza, Parking Lot.Michelle exited the van followed by Shawn and the other camera man.  The three quickly make their way across the street toward the plaza.  As the three crossed the barrier pylons there is a faint sound of gun fire coming from somewhere behind them.Keiko heard the gunfire as reached the parking lot.  She paused for a moment after landing from a Telekinetic leap and turned toward the direction of the SWAT truck to see the body of a slain police officer fall out of the front passenger side door.  An elderly woman is rushing away from the SWAT truck as its door is shut.Heritage Plaza, Outside City HallTerrance walks out of City Hall. A few steps behind him is Captain Superior.  Captain Superior grabs Terrance on the shoulder. "You think you can up show me?  That's funny.   I can't wait to see you and your so called super friends fail.  After all, saving your butts would help me earn more money from these yahoos..Terrance turned to face Captain Superior with a look of disgust on his face.  As he turned, the sound of gunfire can be heard within the plaza.  Before Mr. TV could do anything, Captain Superior is struck by the assassin's bullet.   Captain Superior:  Will 13 vs. Nullify (All Powers) 17 --> FAILED!  All powers nullified.Fortitude: 5 + 7 =12 vs 22 ---> FAILED! Toughness now -3.
