I have a couple of design questions. I guess I should explain my concept, when trying to figure out how a 10-foot tall pole would fight, I came up with the idea of what I call a flexi-brick. He hits hard enough, but instead of just being a solid object for other bricks to hit, he tends to just bend out of the way. "To bend like a reed in the wind - that is the real strength" . . . kind of like one of those self-righting clown toys. It won't take too much to knock him over, but to make him stay down, that's the real trick. So question the first: Can I apply a power modifier to a feat? Specifically Instant Up with the modifier of Action (Free -> Reaction). So basically his reaction to being knocked over is to bend at the ankles rather than really falling, and then snap back upright instantly. And question the second: I have this image in my mind of some fool of a Juggernaut type trying to run into him, only to suffer the Wile E. Coyote style fate of the failed catapult, and be flung back by the recoil when Ten snaps back upright. I basically figured this to be Absorb (Physical, limited: Overrun, Rush, Slam) which boosts a weaponized flight power. But technically Absorb runs off damage, which overrun and slam don't actually do. So I need to ask permission, or see if we can work something else out.
