I like it!

But, for a PC, you'd be at a disadvantage using a natural body part that can't be enchanted as easily as regular weapons. I'm sure you could work around it with a cooperative DM, though.

(Although, if I were DM, I'd introduce an awakened pig as a love interest. And she'd have levels of Monk... HAAAIIII-YYAAA!!!!)

Hmmm...two ideas:

1. A hula-hoop sized tongue ring +4

2. Tattoo some mysterious titanic frog runes on his tongue.

I suppose we could figure out something with using a mace of disruption as a tongue stud, too...

I had a great idea once- but never put it to use...

a Psion (with PM self) and a cohort Sorc- preferably one with high con and lots o HP and AC. The High level Psion would PM into a toad (act as familiar) and be attackin the PCs from behind while they concentarte on the cohort. Since manifestations are mental- no somatic or verbal components- so they would no know until it was waaay too late- they wasted a lot of their resources on the cohort...

Or better yet- the sorc can have his own toad. teh PSion would PM into a butterfly and flutter right onto the PCs (easy touch attack) because nobody ever suspects the butterfly...
