Reallocating takes a half action. This may be limited by the GM to rank 8, meaning you can only reallocate your powers once per minute.</p><p></p><p>Rank Duration</p><p>1: 6 months</p><p>2: 1 month</p><p>3: 1 week</p><p>4: 1 day</p><p>5: 12 hours</p><p>6: 1 hour</p><p>7: 10 minutes</p><p>8: 1 minute</p><p>9: 5 rounds</p><p>10: 1 round</p><p>11: Half action</p></blockquote><p></p>
