I don't know if it's intentional or an artifact of the PDF creation process you used, but the d20 Logo is altered - border areas that are supposed to be black are a light gray in the PDF - and alteration of the logo isn't allowed if you use the d20 System License (see in here, the d20 System Guide under "d20 System Trademark Logo Usage Requirements"):<a href="http://www.wizards.com/d20/files/d20guide.rtf" target="_blank">http://www.wizards.com/d20/files/d20guide.rtf</a>2. Your cover should say "Requires the use of the Dungeons & Dragons(R) Player's Handbook, Third Edition, published by Wizards of the Coast, Inc." See the link above again, under Mandatory Trademark Use. There are also other ways of phrasing that which you can choose from in there that you might find more applicable. (EDIT: Oops - my point being, WotC requires you to use one of their phrases, and your phrase on the cover differs slightly from the requirements.)3. You also need to include this text somewhere in the document: "Dungeons & Dragons(R) and Wizards of the Coast(R) are registered trademarks of Wizards of the Coast, Inc., a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc., and are used with permission." Again, see the above link under Mandatory Trademark Use. Again, there are other ways of phrasing that which might be more applicable to choose from.4. OGL - you are using version 1.0 of the Open Game License, which is techically okay, but you might want to upgrade to version 1.0a, and include the Section 15 copyright notice from there:<a href="http://www.wizards.com/d20/files/OGLv1.0a.rtf" target="_blank">http://www.wizards.com/d20/files/OGLv1.0a.rtf</a>If you are using the SRD and/or the Modern SRD, you need to include the following in Section 15 as well:System Reference Document Copyright 2000, Wizards of the Coast, Inc.; Authors Jonathan Tweet, Monte Cook, Skip Williams, based on original material by E.
