MOdern d20 free online?

Does anyone know where I can find a decent d20 Modern maybe a little futuristic online somewhere that might make a good substitute for the RIFTS system?

It's not free, but one place you might start looking is Spycraft, a recently released D20 sourcebook (whose publisher's name escapes me right now, sorry). I'm not sure how much futuristic material is in it, but it should be a great jumping off point for a modern setting.
