Modern day maps needed

Looking for some maps. Locations like: Warehouse, hospital, office, store, etc.
Scaling (10"per square, etc.) not necessary.

Where's a good location to either download them or buy them?

(I heard the modern day maps from rpgnow aren't very good, there's no demo there, so I'm loathe to buy sight unseen).

My first port of call for this sort of thing is Control's Central Information Clearinghouse. Lots of good resources for all things modern.

As for Modern Day Maps, they're reasonable (I think I reviewed them and gave them a 3) but not an essential purchase.

They aint perfect, but they get the job done.

The apartments aren't finished, I left a few blank ones in case you want to put something else in there...or just pretend it looks like one of the other 10 rooms on that floor.

Before the end of the year, 12 to Midnight will be releasing the first in a series of map packs on RPGNow. Called PINEBOX PLACES, each pack will contain a series of maps collected around a central theme and set in our Pinebox campaign setting. The first collection focuses on government buildings, specificially a courthouse, city hall, and police station/jail. It will also include detailed descriptions of each, adventure ideas, and even random encounter tables.

Our cartographer is an engineer by day, so he does everything in AutoCAD. This guy is extremely detail oriented. One of the reasons the map pack is being delayed to December is because he has been worrying about how the plumbing would be situated in an actual building. He takes realisim and attention to detail to a whole new level. (A level most people probably will never notice or care, but hey it's our trademark.)

I forgot to mention that we have some free maps available on our website in the downloads section. These are our bonus maps that didn't make it into the main adventure PDFs but might come in handy. The quality is similar to what you'll see in the map pack.Free downloads.

Just to jump on the bandwagon, Second Rat Games will be releasing People, Places, and Things in January. This is a PDF with 30 different modern maps with background, plot hooks, pawnable items, etc. for each one.

The maps are designed in Dundjinni, using custom art, and the product comes with all of the maps ready to print out in full battle-mat size if you want.
