MODERNIZED will publish material for any game system (or even system-neutral content) if we are legally able to do so. However, OGL material is preferred, simply because it is the easiest license for us to understand and utilize. If you are submitting material that is not covered under the OGL, please check that there is no licensing requirements for the system used in the article.d20 / OGL ArticlesAny d20 System material published by MODERNIZED will be published under the OGL; MODERNIZED will not publish an article under the d20 System Trademark License.
