MODERNIZED is a free monthly .pdf publication due to be released this August. For those of you who are interested, we are offering a mailing list to ensure that you are among the first to get your hands on MODERNIZED.

Here's what you get:

• a direct link to the MODERNIZED .pdf the day its released

Here's what you don't get:

• spam
• crap
• your e-mail address given to anyone else

To sign up, just drop a line at MODERNIZED@intrepidheroes.com. Make sure you put "mailing list" in the subject line.

Will this PDF publication be sent to me via email, or will I have exclusive access to a download site if I sign up?

If it is the former, I personally prefer plain text, so it won't crowd my mail server's inbox.

If it is the latter, then I don't mind you sending me the link via email.

Sorry for the lack of attention, folks.

As for the mailing list: On August 16th, an e-mail will be sent to you containing a direct link to the MODERNIZED .pdf. Sorry, but the magazine won't be available in a text-only format; it will be similar in design to, say, Dragon or Dungeon Magazine. Having such a graphically beautiful layout, it would be a shame to relegate our ENTIRE content into mere text form. Also, we anticipate the amount of content to be quite significant.

As mentioned, the first issue will be released on August 16th, if all goes well. That's less than a week from today. Those of you who have signed up for the mailing list will receive an e-mail on that day with a direct link to the file. Everyone else will simply have to click the link in various message board posts, or our ad banners, to download.

Those who have sent a message to MODERNIZED@intrepidheroes.com with "mailing list" in the subject line should have receive a confirmation e-mail...if you haven't, be patient, as I was on a brief vacation and will get back to confirming mailing list subscriptions toot-sweet.
