Modular Flesh Golem/Zombie Rules?

That is, adding certain animal parts to give skill or movement bonuses (tiger/dire tiger leg sinews for jump bonuses for example), multiple limbs for grapple bonuses or additional attacks or better damage (bear arms), etc.

Anyone have any rules for this kind of thing?

How about for reducing golem XP costs based on life expectancy?
