The problem is that I have no clue what a D&D style monk monastery would be like. I was thinking of basing it on the Jesuits then adding a dash of zen and martial arts on top of that. The problem is that I have no idea how a monastery is structured, politically, socially, etc. Anyone know any good sources of information on this?
