That's a single +1 bonus and/or a single extra damage die.</p><p></p><p>No big deal, I say. Just throw the "poorest" character(s) in your 8-man party a bonus level+4 item once a tier, and congratulate yourself to having solved the entire issue.</p><p></p><p>My conclusion and advice to you: </p><p></p><p>Don't sweat it.
