I have already posted this on the Freelancer's list but I want to throw the net a little wider before making any decisions.
Mongoose Publishing has a Big Job on the horizon. I cannot spare any of my full-time writers for this one, so I come to you chaps.
In a nutshell, we are looking for someone to update all our previously released books to 3.5 standards. That is our entire fantasy range, right from the Slayer's Guide to Hobgoblins, right up to our releases in June. Every single book. We would also like this person to perform minor updates to cover any necessary errata.
We will provide all the electronic and hardcopies of the books required for this job, plus any updates needed.
This is a Big Job - at a rough estimate, looking at my shelf, this will
cover more than 60 books, ranging from 32 page Slayer's Guides to the big, beefy Ultimates. So, we are going to use a very traditional method of finding someone for this task - I want you chaps to send in tenders.
Mail me at msprange@mongoosepublishing.com with your tender, which should be no more than a page in size, and include a bid amount, an estimated time to completion, and a brief outline of why _you_ are perfect for the role.
You are welcome to organise yourself into groups to tackle this and send in a single tender. However, for admin purposes (and my own peace of mind!) I only want to deal with a single person, so you will need to nominate a project leader. The contract will be with this project leader, payment will be sent to him and he will take full responsibility for the update.
