Hi guys, Missing your RPG fix as convention season begins its slow wind down? We may have just the antidote in the August releases from Mongoose Publishing! Quintessential Ranger We delayed this book, and with good reason - the 3.5 Ranger has been much toyed with, and we wanted to make sure we supported the most up to date version with this book. Packed with new character options and wilderness actions, this is the only book to take for your new ranger. The Slayer's Guide to Giants Weighing in at 128 pages and written by Slaine author Ian Sturrock, this tome has to be in the running for the best SG we have yet released. Loads of new ideas for presenting giant characters and encounters have been packed into these pages, along with ideas on how to tackle them, and some truly scary new giant races (Land Giant CR 90!!!). Ultimate Prestige Classes II The only prestige class book better than the first! Fully compatible with 3.5, we have also revised the format for 2003 - every prestige class comes with thoughts and ideas on how to introduce it into campaigns, and each has a quick quote to immediately give you a flavour of the class. Over 200 more prestige classes to bring to your games. Armoured Companies Why should the Mek jocks get all the glory? This sourcebook for Armageddon 2089 brings the power of the tank to your games, either as adversaries or with players taking command of an armoured company (alternatively, very rich Mek mercenary companies may wish to add their own armoured division). Don't dismiss tracked vehicles completely though - the super heavies can easily mount the kind of weaponry previously seen only on the largest Meks. The Coming of Shadows The Earth Year 2259 is covered in exquisite detail within this 144 page full colour sourcebook for Babylon 5. As well as a full episode guide (along with many hints and tips for introducing plot elements, organisations and characters to your own campaigns), the Coming of Shadows also features such Babylon 5 greats as the Omega class destroyer, G'Quan heavy cruiser, Technomages and fully updated details for the major characters of the TV show. Find out what the classified feat in Ivanova's description is all about! August's release schedule is currently on track, with each book looking five by five!
