Again, I point to "Freeport" and "Bastion Press" books as examples - while you CAN distribute the text of those over the Internet (they are 100% OGC) - nobody HAS done so. I think the whole worry of "if I designate it all as OGC, somebody can undercut me and give it away legally" is vastly overblown, given that there have been ample opportunities for it to happen - <em>and it still hasn't happened.</em> There is "piracy" occurring out there, to be sure - but the "piracy" problem is something wholly different - it is <strong>illegal</strong> distribution of materials - we're talking about <strong>legally</strong> undercutting someone by simply posting their OGC to the web here, and to my great pleasure, it hasn't happened yet... gives me great hope relative to the integrity of the RPG community.</p></blockquote><p></p>
