The Chaos Magic book is very well done. I think this is Mongoose's best product to date and I do have all of theirs. They are the only d20 Company I can say that for. I just wish they would have addressed two additional points in their product. The first being Metamagic feats. With the use of a Metamagic feat the DC for successfully getting the spell off would just be higher. Or there could be some cool Chaos Meta Magic feats that could have a chance to do as they are supposed to. For instance Choas Sound (the chaos version of Silence Spell) would have a percentage chance of being totally silent, or a whisper, or normal, or a shout, or deafening. One could apply the caster level to the roll so the caster has a little control over the outcome (adding or subtracting as the player deems neccisary). The other was Bard Chaos Magic. Bards are, IMO, the class that would be chaotic on the whole. Chaos magic combined with their music would be awsome. It could replace both the Bardic Music and their spells. The Chaos magic as it is presented is a bit powerful for a Bard.
