Certainly is fine stuff. As for printing, yes we have tried using Canada - and this is why some of you guys are waiting a couple of weeks longer for books that should have been out in March or April. Basically, we went with them for as long as we could, but it just was not worth the hassle, especially as some books started to creep a few days over their release date - up to that point, the Mongoose had _never_ been late publishing a book, so you can imagine our annoyance (I think it was us, White Wolf and WotC who had that reputation for never being late!). However, we have switched back to UK printing which is _much_ faster and a hell of a lot easier. You should notice the Mongoose coming back to its original form from May onwards.
Psion: A 5, from you? Unthinkable! :) Glad you liked the book, it is the one Alejandro used to get his job with us! Such are the trials of publishing :) Thundershot: We are indeed planning to do all the existing classes, as well as some new ones (and races too). So long as the Quintessential series remains popular, so long we will keep producing them. Samurai and Witch, in particular, are shaping up very nicely :) You'll be interested to know that Barbarian is a project we are currently discussing with a certain Mr Mearls (Rogue you should already have seen and the forthcoming Wizard is his book too). . . Wulf: Mongoose is run as a business not a hobby but we are still gamers at heart - and it _is_ an Elmore cover :) The second rights are indeed attractive for us, and it is a case of us matching picture to book, as it were. The reason we were keen to use it is because The Planes is a new series and there is always a lull when a new set of books comes out (well, unless they have the word Quintessential on them, of course!). The Encyclopaedia books, for example, took three releases to reach the heights of the Slayer's Guides. By using an Elmore cover, we are hedging our bets to give the new series an immediate boost. Will it work? No idea yet! But we had the opportunity and desire, so why not? :) Mystic Eye: Thanks for the vote of confidence - we really must set up a product swap at some point (add that to the list of things to do, eh? :)). Ranger: Bards ain't been forgotten!
