Is any or all of the unit and mass battle system in the Slaine RPG (I think its around page 63, left my book at home) OGC? And is it at all like the one in Q Fighter book?

The two systems are very similar, though I cannot remember what revisions Ian made to the version in Slaine off the top of my head. However yes, the one in Slaine can be considered OGC - just remove any licenced references, as denoted on page 2 of the book.
