IIRC, your scores provided % bonuses to the base values in RQ2 and RQ3, anywhere from 5% to 25%. In MRQ, e.g., starting Basic Ranged skill = DEX. So, starting out, the difference in ability between a DEX 10 PC and a DEX 18 PC is... 8%?</blockquote>
