monk's wholeness of body - type of action?

It never actually says in the PHB what type of action it is to use "wholeness of body" (i.e. free action, standard action, etc.). The best we could come up with was that supernatural abilities don't usually incur AoO, and that doesn't particularly help. It's also not mentioned in the errata, or the FAQ. Does anyone know what type of action this is?

Use a supernatural ability is under the standard action section in the table on page 141 of the PHB. So I'd say it's a standard action

Supernatural abilities are magical and go away in an antimagic field but are not subject to spell resistance, counterspells, or to being dispelled by dispel magic. Using a supernatural ability is a standard action unless noted otherwise. Supernatural abilities may have a use limit or be usable at will, just like spell-like abilities. However, supernatural abilities do not provoke attacks of opportunity and never require Concentration checks. Unless otherwise noted, a supernatural ability has an effective caster level equal to the creature’s Hit Dice. The saving throw (if any) against a supernatural ability is:

10 + ½ the creature’s HD + the creature’s ability modifier (usually Charisma).

At 7th level or higher, a monk can heal her own wounds. She can heal a number of hit points of damage equal to twice her current monk level each day, and she can spread this healing out among several uses.
