I'd love to use them in my campaign as a race of long-lost necromancer kings from an ancient age, whose empire was brought to its knees by the army of the humans who now dominate. Meanwhile, the Nekharu lurk in the canyons and valleys of the desert, scheming against the humans who usurped their role as the leaders of the world...All I need now is stats. I'd like them to be native outsiders, around CR 3-4, if possible, but apart from that, you're welcome to go wild.
