Monster Stat Conversion

So is there anyone out there with a 4e to 3.5e monster stat conversion tool or a list of converted 4e monsters? I've been looking for an eye of Frost conversion but Google usually only brings up the minis in my searches.

Sorry, but I know of no conversions 4E to 3.5, though I have used 4E monsters in my 3.5 games before.

What level do you want it to be for?

IME, 14th level is too high to easily switch it for 3.5 I had no trouble up to about level 8, using MMI damage numbers.
